Notice on The 13th Convenience Food Exhibition

“The 13th Convenience Food Convention and Exhibition” organized by Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology will have a grand opening at China National Convention Center (CNCC) on September 5th and 6th, 2013. Having been held for more than 10 sessions, “China’s Flour Product Convention” and “Frozen and Refrigerated Food Convention” have built a solid foundation in this industry. This year, the organizer decides to formally hold these two conventions together which exert profound influence on the industry, not only providing broad platform for such industries as instant noodles (bean vermicelli and rice noodles), frozen and refrigerated food, fine dried noodles, seasoned flour products and other related supporting industries, but also indicating the launch of another round of development for convenience food industry.
To promote enterprise innovation and new round of development and improvement of the convenience food industry, the exhibition area will be further expanded and divided into 6 sections: section for instant noodles, for fine dried noodles and flavor pasta, for frozen prepared food, for facilities and packaging materials, for oriental flavor and natural ingredients, and for industrialized traditional food.

I. Time and Venue
Venue: China National Convention Centre (No.7 Tianchen East Road, Olympic Green, Chaoyang District, Beijing)
Time: Sep 4-6th, 2013(exhibits arrangement on Sep 4th)
II. Business Recruited
1.Manufacturing enterprises of instant noodles, convenience vermicelli, convenience rice noodles, fine dried noodles and fresh noodles;
2.Manufacturing enterprises of frozen and refrigerated food, low temperature prepared food;
3.Manufacturing enterprises of seasoned flour products and other convenience and snack food;
4.Manufacturing enterprises of savory flavoring and seasoning;

IV. Notice to Participants
1.Due to limited space and booths, participants are required to fill in the Application Form carefully based on the floor plan of the booth and fax it to the Organizing Committee as soon as possible.
2.If participants need to decorate the booth, they can choose assigned contractors or other contractors, but should send and confirm the floor plan and design sketch of booth via electronic document to the Organizing Committee before Aug 25th.
3.Participants are required to bring the exhibits to the National Convention Centre during 8:00-12:00 on Sep.4th for arrangements. Participants who need to decorate the booth are required to set up the booth in the evening of Sep. 3rd.
4.Participants are required to read the exhibition precautions in Annex carefully and participate in the exhibition in line with the requirements strictly.
